What you need
Good coffee beans
Grinder
French Press
Drip Scale
Stirer - or chopstick
Hot water kettle
200 ml for 1 Cup / 400 ml for 2 Cups​
17 gr. ground coffee - coarse grind or 34 gr. for 2 Cups
Preparation
Step1: The Bloom
Place coffee grounds in french press
Slowly pour about 50ml boiling water onto the grounds
Start the timer
Gently stir with a spoonÂ
Let bloom for 30sec
Step 2: The Press
Pour the remaining water over the coffee
Place plunger onto coffee - but don't press down just yet
Let steep until the timer hits 4:30
Gently press down the plungerÂ
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy
