Uncomplicated does not mean simple.

These Brazilian beans are the perfect start into your day. I use the filter roast in my preferred home brewing method (V60) to get me going in the morning,  and the espresso roast in a moka pot makes the perfect base for a homemade cappuccino. These beans should be a staple in every household and are certainly a good starting point into the world of specialty coffee.

The Cerrado Mineiro Region is a world-renowned producer of high quality coffee, the first "Denomination of Origin" in Brazil.

Having well-defined seasons, a hot and humid summer and a  pleasantly dry winter, is a strong characteristic of the region.

Coffee plantations are cultivated in areas with altitudes varying between 800 and 1,300 metres, resulting in high quality coffees with a unique identity.

The coffees are "Origin and Quality Guaranteed" by the Regulatory Council of the Cerrado Mineiro Region - D.O.M. of Cerrado Mineiro - D.O.
